Our Strategy:
We apply a bottom-up approach that encourages strong community participation while working in partnership with locallevel organizations and community groups. We encourage the active involvement of the target communities in the project design, monitoring, and implementation. We have a consistent approach to strengthening grass-root mechanisms because they play a crucial role in sustainability and development effectiveness. We design and execute need-based and locally tailored solutions to deal with the root cause of marginalization and vulnerabilities. In this way, our key focus domains are: Advocacy on governance, accountability and system reforms Economic Empowerment, providing healthcare services and ; Reducing vulnerably.
