As per the operational plan 2020, NSDO identified the new graduates from the channel of DAiL and other relevant departments. NSDO recruited five interns where they are graduated from Economic and Agriculture Faculties to enhance their changes for sustainable employment. NSDO developed job descriptions based on the nature of each value chain and assigned each one in the value chain to assist the value chain officers in terms of implementing the activities in the ground. The interns received 6-month contract and they are engaged in the implementation of SEDEP in Kunduz.
