NSDO recruited one person as STE and conducted several sessions with Kunduz Poultry Association for developing a database to include the specification of the broiler producers, distributors and retailers. Short after, the STE developed the database and trained the key members of the association to update at regular base. Moreover, NSDO hired one STE and identified the value chain actors across the Kunduz province. The STE developed an agenda for conducting the raising awards sessions. Shortly, the STE facilitated information session to the members of the poultry association where motivated the target actors to join the poultry association. The awareness raising sessions were designed for one day at provincial level.
