At the initial stage, NSDO hired one master trainer and reviewed the existing manual as well as trained two STEs on the entrepreneurial skills of poultry production. The STEs identified the poultry producers through Kunduz Poultry Associations at the provincial level. Subsequently, the STEs delivered the trainings on the entrepreneurial skills packages as well as organized entrepreneurial skills and information packages for the leading members of poultry associations including information on the rules, regulations and responsibilities of poultry association. The trainings were designed for two days and conducted in Kunduz center of Kunduz province and total 80 benefited from the trainings. at the result of the trainings, NSDO increased the knowledge of poultry producers around the entrepreneurial skills.
