NSDO hired one STE to support the establishment of provincial vertical and hardstand networks for Kunduz poultry association during the course of April 2020. The STE developed a network model for provincial poultry association as well an agenda for the network’s meetings. To facilitate the model NSDO invited poultry actors in various meetings and discussed on the model. To prevent the COVI19 wide out, NSDO applied the method of “Mini-Group” with maximum of 5 poultry producers in each class/meeting. At the same time, NSDO distributed masks, gloves, and sanitizers. The results of the network meetings documented by NSDO. Total 25 producers invited in the meetings.
