To promote the bakery and cookies enterprises in Kunduz, NSDO intended to conduct the entitled workshop in Kunduz. NSDO hired one STE and the wheat value chain officer explained the goal and objective of this activity and short after, the STE identified participants through association, universities, DCCI and other relevant partners. The STE nominated 25 target actors who were interested to initiate bakery business by gaining the bakery model in Kunduz. The STE developed a presentation on the bakery business model that included capital costs, day-to-day operations and overall investment. The training was conducted for 2 days by observing hygiene matters.
